(Directions: Past the Exxon/Mobil gas station,
make a left onto Kline’s Lane. Proceed over the
2nd set of railroad tracks and there will be a sign
for
soccer fields on left.)

6:00 - 6:30pm Plyometric warm up
6:30 - 7:30pm Tactics game
7:30 - 8:00pm Work out game and speed training
